Jonathan Castor Field Manager was easy to talk with and is very learned in the electrical trade and related codes. The technician was difficult to communicate with but appeared to know what he was doing and appeared to do good work .

Excellent customer service

Met with Joel HAUCK this morning to receive an estimate on updating my electrical panel. His knowledge and explanation on what I needed was extremely informative. Excellent customer service and will have a new panel installed next week with a 10 year warranty on panel, parts and labor. Highly recommend.

Finished the job proficiently

Chris was personable- gave a fair price—but left a couple small things not finished-I had paid the whole bill so was concerned about the unfinished work— Bolt electric promptly sent in Zach and Jeremy who rechecked everything- finished the job. I appreciate the great service and a business tat stands behind their work- even after they are paid.
